Massimo Maccarone came off of the bench to win the game for Boro.

Fulham were leading 1-0 until substitute Andy Cole equalized for Portsmouth in the second half.

Newly promoted Sheffield Utd came back from being down by two goals to salvage a point from the match.

Last place Charlton put up a fight but Wigan prevailed with goals by Lee McCulloch, Henri Camara and Matt Jackson.

The Spurs scored first but then it was all Reading.

Liverpool had trouble scoring away yet again this season. Mathieu Flamini, Kolo Toure and William Gallas each scored a goal for Arsenal in the win.
