
There are 11 of them. Some should be back, some shouldn't. Some will be in high demand, some won't. Some tough decisions, some easy.
One of the first decisions the Eagles need to make this offseason is which of their 11 unrestricted free agents they want to keep. Then they have to decide how much they want to spend to keep them.
The key guys: Jeff Garcia won five of six regular-season games and a wild-card game and would rather return here than go to a non-contender as a starter. Juqua Thomas was the Eagles' only effective defensive end the second half of the season and will draw considerable interest if the Eagles let him reach the open market. And Donte Stallworth, when healthy, was an explosive downfield receiver.
