I've never been a great fan of discipline. By that, I mean the Victorian of militaristic style of discipline – forced and imposed on one 'for one's own good'. Now, self-discipline or collective discipline (formed between a group of people), that's different. I see those forms as both healthy and beneficial forces whish bring great advantages in an individual and social sense.
In this philosophy, I imagine that I don't differ a great deal from the great man himself. Arsene, as a free-thinking, creative, innovative Frenchman, seems to be a man who values individual freedom. But he also, therefore, has to trust in others to follow his philosophy and his lead.

Does this mean Arsene Wenger doesn't throw things at his players in the locker room?
