Experience has taught me that oftentimes, gamers are better off taking projected release dates with a grain of salt, but I can't help but feel like 2007 is going to be one of the best years in gaming history. There are enough high profile titles on the way to drown a fish, and they all look outstanding. I had trouble limiting it to only 10 of them - so I didn't. Here are my most anticipated games of the coming year:

What game are you most anticipating? For me I think it's GTA4.

I think I'll be more excited about GTA4 once there's some real details on it. I want to see much tighter controls this time around.

I'm probably most excited for Mass Effect, personally.

As of now, it's a bit over two weeks.

Word has it this one will be another "redefinition" for the series. My theory? Theft in space.

I'm anticipating "Spores" however my laptop wouldn't be able to run it anyway. I'm really excited to hear that Sim City will be coming to the Nintendo DS too.

What I wish had a ship date :
- Duke Nukem Forever, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duke_Nukem_Forever
- Carmageddon "Update", http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carmageddon

"I'm Duke Nukem and I'm coming to get the rest of you alien bastards!"
"It's time to kick ass and chew bubble gum and I'm all out of gum."

I suppose these are this guy's most anticipated games, because otherwise the placement of some doesn't really make any sense. Super Paper Mario beating nearly everything? I'm looking forward to the game, but geez.

We have no idea if GTA4 or White Knight Story are coming out this year, as far as I understand.

I suppose Super Mario Galaxy is among my tops, along with Assassin's Creed. I'm a bit surprised he didn't include other Nintendo titles forthcoming like Prime 3 or Super Smash Bros Brawl.
