Matthew Fox is ready to take a break from the mysteries of "Lost" to play the mysterious Racer X.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox is in final negotiations to join Emile Hirsch, Christina Ricci, John Goodman and Susan Sarandon in Andy and Larry Wachowski's big screen adaptation of "Speed Racer."
