Manchester United increased their lead at the top of the table as they won and Chelsea were drawn. Liverpool, possibly looking forward to the Champions League semi-finals, lost to Portsmouth. Arsenal defeated Fulham to help tighten up the relegation battle.
Chelsea 2 - 2 Bolton
Kalou (22) and Jaaskelainen (34) scored for Chelsea and Michalik (19) and Davies (54) for Bolton.
Everton 2 - 4 Manchester United
Stubbs (12) and Fernandes (50) put Everton ahead 2-0 before O'Shea (61), Neville (og 68'), Rooney (79) and Eagles (90') netted goals for Man Utd.
Blackburn 4 - 1 Charlton
Roberts (60, 80) notched a brace for Blackburn.
Manchester City 0 - 2 Aston Villa
Carew (24) and Maloney (75) scored for Villa. Barton (45) missed a penalty for City.
Middlesbrough 2 - 3 Tottenham
Keane (12, 83) had a brace and Berbatov (47) netted a goal just after the break for the Spurs. Viduka (66) and Poqatetz (89) scored for Boro.
Portsmouth 2 - 1 Liverpool
Mwaruwari (27) and Kranjcar (32) scored to earn the win for Pompey. Hyypia (59) scored for Liverpool.
Sheffield United 1 - 0 Watford
Powell's (44) own goal gave the three points to Sheffield United.
Wigan 0 - 3 West Ham
Boa Morte (30), Benayoun (57) and Harewood (82) each scored for the Hammers.
Arsenal 3 - 1 Fulham
Baptista (4), Adebayor (84) and Gilberto (pen 87) scored for Arsenal. Davies (78) netted Fulham's lone goal.
Poor old Everton. I'm sure they thought they had this one in the bag. Just goes to show what a champion team Man U is and you can never count them out of a match.
