Myanmar Backs Human Rights Plan

Foreign ministers from Southeast Asia have agreed to set up a human rights body, after Myanmar dropped its objections to the plan.

Myanmar's agreement, reached at a meeting of the 10-member Association of South East Asian Nations (Asean) on Monday, is only "in principle" and analysts say difficulties will persist.
