Dante Culpepper likely to start Sunday

Quarterback Josh McCown was nowhere to be seen at the start of practice Wednesday. By the time he showed up, he wasn't in any shape to do much beyond hobbling.

McCown was diagnosed with a fractured big toe on his left foot as the result of a pileup in the first quarter of Sunday's win over the Cleveland Browns. His status for this Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins is uncertain.
