With "Oswald's Ghost," the 20th-season premiere examines how "six seconds in Dallas" (the JFK assassination) changed America and fed a myriad of conspiracy theories. The documentary features cogent insights from Norman Mailer, historian Robert Dallek and Gary Hart, among others, as well as archival footage and material, including audio of a purported "witness" in New Orleans D.A. Jim Garrison's investigation. JFK-assassination researchers Edward Jay Epstein and Mark Lane are also interviewed.

The disappearance and murder of famous atheist Madalyn Murray O'Hair in 1995 is recalled by author Kathy Reichs. O'Hair and her son and granddaughter were killed in a murder plot masterminded by David R. Waters, a former employee of O'Hair's. Waters confessed to his role in the killings and led authorities to a shallow grave in Texas where the remains of the victims were found.

I may watch that JFK thing. Antiques Roadshow is on this evening, too, and it better not be a repeat -- they don't need writers.
I'm actually thankful for the return of Monk and Psych.
I like Monk as well, though I rarely catch the episodes in first run.
I never catch first run either because I watch Friday Night Lights, but I usually get to see one of the reruns during the week.
