What happens in Vegas...gets cancelled by NBC

advertisement

Can you recall last Friday's episode of NBC's Las Vegas, the one that was touted as the show's season finale? Well, the network made a small grammatical faux pas. You see, they really meant to say that it was the 'series-finale-because-we're -canceling-the-damn-show' finale instead. You could see where the confusion was.

Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

A real shame for a truly unique, funny show with an all-star cast that just couldn't find its audience.

The least they could have done was let them wrap up the storylines instead of leaving us hanging.

Does Cooper lose the Monticetto?

Does Delinda lose the baby?

Does Sam actually get married?

I liked this show, but after Caan left didn't expect it to last long. But the least the network can do is let it have a proper ending.

Campaign going to bring Las Vegas back. They are bombarding NBC with baby booties, over 8,000 sent already. Also there is a petition you can sign, over 16,000 signatures already....here is the link
