Debut: British travel-show host Ian Wright (wiki) visits U.S. tourist destinations. First up: Ian heads to Las Vegas to find out what it's like to live there.

Good Eats, The Alton Crown Affair. 8:00pm, Food Network.
Tackling crown roast of lamb, Alton demonstrates how to prepare this intimidating dish with ease, but still managing to shock and amaze guests.

Jesus: The Complete Story, special, 3 hrs. 8:00pm, Discovery.
The Early Years: Explore the strange fables surrounding his birth, childhood and early adult years using a 1st-century living museum newly opened in Nazareth. The Mission: Examines his ministry as a healer and exorcist, and how his taste for socializing with undesirables was seen as an attack on religious authority. A pair of brutal sexual assaults---one resulting in murder---remind Amsterdam of events he witnessed while working for a wealthy landowner in the 19th century. Meanwhile, Amsterdam gets better acquainted with Sara.

Were it not for the underground deals between shady politicians and ruthless hooligans, Chicago would not be America's third largest city; these subterranean dens of iniquity, contained top-secret railroad lines to submerged shipwrecks.

New Adventures of Old Christine, Burning Down the House. 9:30pm, CBS.
Christine considers showing her so-called wild side so Barb will think she's cool. Tom: Dave Foley.

Medium, Burn Baby Burn: Part 2. 10:00pm, NBC.
Allison makes headway in an arson-related murder case when an assaulted prostitute proves to be the missing link; in the wake of all the madness, Allison is tempted to reveal her mother-in-law's secret; Ariel predicts the death of a classmate's mom.

Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations, Namibia. 10:00pm, Travel Channel.
Bourdain travels to Namibia, on the southwest coast of Africa, a harsh environment where he develops an admiration for the people who live there. (repeat)

NASA rovers and orbiting probes have produced photographs of a Martian volcano and may have uncovered new evidence of frozen water, fueling speculation about the history of the red planet and its ability to sustain life.

After the Rangers take justice into their own hands, Major Beck uses extreme measures to show he's in control of the town. Meanwhile, Hawkins gets a call from Chavez (Chris Kramer) telling him that it's time to transport the bomb.

One castaway leaves the game prematurely and another one is voted out at tribal council; the romance between Amanda and Ozzy heats up; a bond develops between an eager fan and a willing favorite; and one player tricks a person who fears water by taking him or her on a long boat ride in the middle of the water.

Another houseguest is evicted from the compound.
