The vote went around the room to each of the NFL's 32 managing owners Monday, a necessary formality that's required before the sale of any team can be made final. And as expected, it was a unanimous decision.

''When they got to the Dolphins, I voted no,'' Dolphins owner Wayne Huizenga joked, standing aside his new business partner during a news conference held shortly after the vote. ``I tried to change my mind, but they said it was too late.''
