The Gilroy story-line really takes a backseat this week as Michael becomes involved in a crime in the world of high fashion.
This episode started out with a Previously on Burn Notice introduction that recapped the Gilroy story so far but then we got very little Gilroy in this episode. Michael found what he thought would be an "easy target", an old east European spy with information about the plane that Gilroy is so interested in. However the spy was tougher than he looked and he pulled a gun on Michael during their first meeting! Luckily Fiona was nearby and knocked him out, then she assumed the Easy Target case while Michael helped out Sam. With an old picture of Michael from his mother, Fiona was eventually able to pry the information about the plane from the old spy.
Sam asked Michael to help him out with an "easy money" case, the robbery of a high fashion business. Again this turned out to be harder than it first seemed. A woman turned up murdered and their Client was framed for it. Sam and Fiona got in on the role-play act. To uncover the real perpetrators, Sam played a Crime Scene Investigator (see Best Lines below) and Fiona played a made-up girl friend of one of the true murderers. (Michael role-played a bit with the east European spy in the beginning of the episode.)
So what's the big deal with the plane after-all? The Big Secret is that it's a rendition flight to a black site in Poland, so there must be a "world-class bad guy" on the flight (probably a suspected terrorist). What's Gilroy up to? Why is he so interested in this flight? We have two more episode this season of Burn Notice, hopefully we'll find out about the mysterious Gilroy soon enough.

There were a few good lines this week.
"Who are you wearing?" ~ woman at high fashion party to Michael
"Black suit." ~ Michael
"Shoot him and be done with it" ~ Fiona to Michael about Gilroy
I like the whole trigger-happy ex-girl friend bit, but does there have to be a line like this every week?
"Spies like home cooking just like everybody else." ~ Michael looking for spies with information about the plane Gilroy is interested in.
"Looks like murder is in style this season." ~ Sam as he puts sunglasses on like David Caruso of CSI: Miami.
You can see this line here along with another Caruso spoof from the episode.
