Children who eat a Mediterranean diet have a lower risk of developing asthma, but eating three or more burgers a week is linked to a higher risk, research suggests.

It's with all food.

Eggs are good for you. Then they're bad. Then they're good again and the cycle repeats. Peanut butter is bad for you, then it's good, etc.

Just about all food has went through this. Spinach, avocado, meat, fish, eggs, pasta, milk, orange juice, etc.

It's ridiculous.
